Declaration of Allegiance to the United Christian Nation
Your Public Commitment to Yahuah’s Nation, and the Covenant That Makes It Lawful
The document presented here is more than a formal statement—it is a sacred declaration of allegiance to the Kingdom of Yahuah and to His covenant nation now rising. The Declaration of Allegiance serves as the individual’s irrevocable spiritual and jurisdictional alignment with the United Christian Nation and its divine mandate to establish righteous governance upon the Earth.
This declaration is the solemn act of a believer who has accepted Yahusha as Savior and Sovereign, undergone water baptism, and reached the age of spiritual accountability. Through this covenantal statement, each signer renounces all spiritual allegiance to corrupt systems of governance and publicly pledges their loyalty to a nation governed by Scripture, not by secular ideologies.
Included within this document is the lawful assignment of jurisdictional rights to the United Christian Nation’s Private Express Sovereign Trust, effectively transferring one’s civil consent from the jurisdictions of man to the ecclesiastical governance of Yahuah. It also affirms one’s status as a Covenant Member in Waiting until the full recognition and manifestation of the United Christian Nation is complete.

Article I: Preamble
In full recognition of Almighty Yahuah as the Creator and Sovereign over all creation, and in response to His divine
call for separation from the corrupt systems of the world, I, the undersigned, do solemnly make this sacred
declaration before Heaven and Earth, witnessed by the holy angels and all those who walk in covenantal truth.
Article II: Faith and Identity
- I affirm that I have reached the age of twenty [20] and am eligible to be recognized as a full citizen of the United ChristianNation in accordance with its
- I declare that I believe in Yahusha the Messiah as my personal Lord and Savior, the only begotten Son of Yahuah, who lived,died, and rose again for the redemption of
- I affirm that I have accepted Yahusha as my personal Lord and Savior after reaching the age of twenty [20] or that I herebyreaffirm this commitment as an adult of at least twenty [20] years of age as a conscious and personal decision of
- I further declare that following this decision, I obeyed the Scriptural mandate by undergoing water baptism by full immersion, in alignment with the example set by Yahusha and in fulfillment of His command.
- I acknowledge that the original and sacred Hebrew name of the Father is Yahuah (יהוה), meaning “He who is,” “I AM that IAM,” or simply, “I AM,” and that He alone is sovereign over all
- I acknowledge that the original and sacred Hebrew name of the Messiah is Yahusha (יהושע), meaning “Yahuah is Salvation,”and that He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the
- I acknowledge that the original and sacred Hebrew name of the Holy Spirit is Ruach Ha’Qodesh (שֶׁד קַּהֹ ַחוּר), meaning “Set-Apart Spirit,” the “Holy Spirit,” or the “Holy Ghost,” and I affirm my desire to be guided, sanctified, and empowered by Him to live in accordance with the teachings and commandments of Yahusha the Messiah, growing continually in faith, obedience,and
- I acknowledge that my true citizenship is in the Kingdom of Yahuah and that my loyalty belongs first and foremost to Him.
Article III: Separation from Babylon
- I voluntarily renounce all spiritual allegiance to the governments, systems, and authorities of this world that oppose thedivine will of
- I declare my intention to withdraw moral and jurisdictional consent from civil institutions that promote unrighteousness,corruption, and rebellion against
- I reject all forms of idolatry, materialism, moral relativism, and ungodly ideologies that defile the conscience and enslave
Article IV: Covenant with the United Christian Nation
- I affirm that the sovereign soil, land, waterways, territorial seas, and airspace of the Republic of Texas shall constitute the territorial foundation of the United Christian Nation until such time as additional sovereign territory is lawfully acquired and recognized.
- I pledge my allegiance to the United Christian Nation, not as a worldly government, but as a spiritual nation formed in covenant with Yahuah.
- I accept the laws, principles, and foundational documents of the United Christian Nation as being rooted in Scripture andsubject to the eternal authority of
- I commit to support, defend, and uphold the Constitution of the United Christian Nation and its Declaration ofIndependence as sacred instruments of national
- I understand that this act of allegiance does not automatically constitute renunciation of existing legal citizenships under international law, but establishes my spiritual and moral realignment.
Article V: Assignment of Rights to the United Christian Nation Private Express Sovereign Trust
- I hereby irrevocably assign and transfer my jurisdictional rights, privileges, and civic claims as a U.S. citizen (or applicable national citizenship) to the United Christian Nation Private Express Sovereign Trust, a perpetual ecclesiastical trust established to safeguard the will, conscience, and lawful interests of the covenant people of Yahuah.
- I understand and affirm that this jurisdictional transfer constitutes a lawful, spiritual, and irrevocable severance of consent to be governed by any foreign civil authority, and stands as a fully valid expression of self-governance under natural law, biblical precedent, and Anglo-American common law tradition.
- I grant the Trustee of said Trust the authority to speak and act on my behalf for all matters pertaining to national sovereignty, legal recognition, governance, and diplomacy under the banner of the United Christian
- This assignment shall remain binding upon the Trust and its fiduciaries until such time as the United Christian Nation publicly affirms its Declaration of Independence and the Trust’s beneficiaries are formally enrolled as covenant citizensunder international
- I further declare and affirm my peaceful and lawful desire that the land, soil, airspace, waterways, and territorial seas of the Republic of Texas be separated from the United States of America and constituted as the sovereign territory of the United Christian Nation, in fulfillment of biblical prophecy, moral conscience, and spiritual
- I acknowledge that this declaration does not constitute a transfer of land ownership or unlawful rebellion, but is a lawful and peaceful expression of my consent, spiritual jurisdiction, and covenantal realignment.
- Where lawful renunciation of my prior national citizenship is possible without endangering liberty, livelihood, or safety, I acknowledge that such renunciation may serve as a public affirmation of my covenantal separation. However, I affirm that such renunciation is not required for my standing as a lawful citizen of the United Christian Nation, so long as I:
- Have made a public Declaration of Exclusive Allegiance to the United Christian Nation and to Yahuah, Sovereign overall nations;
- Have irrevocably assigned my jurisdictional rights to the United Christian Nation Private Express Sovereign Trust asa sacred act of self-governance; and
- And abstain from all participatory involvement in the military, judicial, or civil governance of any foreign power thatstands in contradiction to the covenant of
- I hereby grant and assign to the Trustee(s) of the United Christian Nation Sovereign Trust my limited, non- exclusive proxy authority to represent my will in all diplomatic, legal, and international forums for the express purpose of peacefully effectuating the separation, governance, and recognition of the United Christian Nation’s
- This proxy assignment shall remain valid and binding as a sacred instrument of my covenantal participation until such timeas the United Christian Nation achieves full diplomatic recognition or the Trust is lawfully dissolved according to its terms and
- I acknowledge that the execution of this assignment constitutes immediate spiritual and jurisdictional realignment; however, it does not yet constitute full citizenship under internationally recognized law. Until such time as the Declaration of Independence is publicly affirmed and internationally acknowledged, I accept the transitional status of Covenant Member in Waiting, subject to the oversight of the United Christian Nation Private Express Sovereign Trust, and governed by itsconstitutional
Article VI: Awaiting Full Citizenship and Activation
- I understand that my full citizenship in the United Christian Nation shall be activated upon the public affirmation andinternational acknowledgment of the nation’s Declaration of Independence, at which time my status shall transition from Covenant Member in Waiting to fully vested citizen under the Constitution.
- I accept that until the full activation of my citizenship, I am a Covenant Member in Waiting, joyfully committed to the labor of establishing, defending, and proclaiming the new nation of Yahuah under divine law, participating faithfully in its spiritual formation and constitutional destiny.
Article VII: Oath and Signature
I solemnly vow, before Almighty Yahuah and all who witness this covenant, that I make this declaration freely, without coercion, fully conscious of its sacred weight and eternal significance. I do so openly before the Most High, Judge of all the Earth, affirming with reverent fear and joyful conviction that my allegiance, citizenship, and jurisdiction now rest solely in Him and in the holynation He has called forth.
I pledge to walk in faithful obedience to His Word, to honor the Constitution and covenant of the United Christian Nation, and tolive in righteous unity with my fellow covenant citizens, as a member of His set-apart people. I renounce all prior allegiances that conflict with His authority, and hereby bind myself, in body, spirit, and conscience, to serve His Kingdom purposes with loyalty, love, and integrity—so help me Yahuah.
