The Foundational Legal Instrument That Lawfully Establishes the United Christian Nation

The United Christian Nation was not formed as a product of statutory rebellion but as a divine response to Yahuah’s call for a holy nation. At the heart of this formation stands the Private Express Sovereign Trust—a perpetual, ecclesiastical legal instrument designed to carry and protect the covenantal will of a separated people under divine law.

Unlike commercial trusts created for financial interests or political convenience, this sacred Trust exists under Natural Law, Common Law, and Biblical authority. It was formed to receive and steward the assigned rights, declarations, and sovereign claims of all covenant citizens who have chosen to separate themselves from the Babylonian systems of the world and walk under the lordship of Yahusha the Messiah.

The Trust operates with diplomatic authority, spiritual jurisdiction, and legal insulation from the jurisdictions of man. Through it, all ecclesiastical and national functions are administered until the full diplomatic recognition and territorial manifestation of the United Christian Nation is complete. It also establishes the lawful foundation for international engagement, commercial interface, and spiritual government through limited special appearance without sacrificing ecclesiastical immunity.

As you read the sacred text of this Trust, understand that it is more than a legal document. It is a vessel of national purpose, a spiritual ark for the remnant, and a shield against unlawful encroachment. It safeguards our divine inheritance until the day our full citizenship is publicly recognized by both Heaven and Earth.

  • Divine Foundation: This Trust is established by divine authority and sacred calling from Almighty Yahuah as an irrevocable, ecclesiastical, non-statutory, perpetual entity. Its sole existence is rooted exclusively in Natural Law, Common Law, and Biblical Covenant, immune from statutory or civil authority except as explicitly set forth herein.
  • Mission: To receive, steward, and lawfully manage all assets, declarations, and jurisdictional rights assigned by the covenant citizens of the United Christian Nation, executing the divine purposes outlined in Scripture and the national Constitution.
  • Exclusive Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction: This Trust exercises sole and exclusive jurisdiction over its assets, operations, and beneficiaries under Natural Law, Common Law, and divine mandate. No statutory, civil, or commercial jurisdiction is recognized, acknowledged, or implied over the Trust itself.
  • Limited Special Appearance: Any interaction with civil authorities by Trustees or agents of this Trust shall occur solely by limited special appearance and without prejudice, strictly for strategic necessity, and explicitly shall not imply consent to statutory jurisdiction.
  • Statutory Nexus Explicitly Denied: This Trust expressly disclaims any and all nexus, implied or explicit, with the United States, any state thereof, or any foreign nation under statutory or civil law, except under narrowly defined circumstances articulated within Article III below.
  • Strategic Commercial Necessity: Solely for purposes of essential international commerce and diplomacy, the Trustee, in his individual or representative fiduciary capacity, may establish and operate statutory entities (including LLCs or corporations) within jurisdictions requiring statutory compliance. Such entities shall exist exclusively as commercial interfaces.
  • Operational Separation: Statutory entities established for strategic commercial necessity shall be explicitly separate from the ecclesiastical identity and jurisdiction of the Trust. These entities shall bear statutory obligations independently, and their statutory compliance shall not extend to, impute to, nor imply jurisdiction over the Trust itself.
  • Protective Disclaimer: Formation and operation of statutory entities by the Trustee under this Article shall constitute limited special appearance solely for transactional necessity. It shall explicitly not represent consent, acknowledgment, or subjection of the Trust’s sovereign ecclesiastical jurisdiction to statutory authority.
  • Trust Immunity from Entity Liabilities: Liabilities, obligations, or compliance responsibilities arising from any statutory entity under this Article shall attach solely and exclusively to said statutory entity, without recourse against or legal nexus to the Trust.
  • Trustee Authority: The Trustee shall hold full fiduciary authority to act diplomatically, commercially, and administratively, strictly within the boundaries established by this Trust, explicitly including forming and operating statutory entities under Article III.
  • Fiduciary Integrity: The Trustee shall manage all assets and resources of this Trust with integrity, accountability, and complete separation from personal interests or liabilities arising from statutory entities. Separate records, accounts, and documentation shall be diligently maintained to demonstrate absolute functional independence.
  • Perfection Clause: Should any provision, phrasing, or definition within this Trust be later identified as insufficient, unclear, or deficient in fully safeguarding the ecclesiastical autonomy and statutory immunity of the Trust, such deficiencies shall be automatically and retroactively perfected to fully embody the original ecclesiastical intent ab initio, as if originally set forth herein.
  • Interpretative Authority: In any instance of ambiguity, interpretation shall explicitly favor ecclesiastical autonomy and statutory immunity as fundamental to the Trust’s sovereign character, and such interpretations shall be integrated as original language of this Trust.
  • Absolute Irrevocability: This Trust is hereby established irrevocably, not subject to alteration, invalidation, revocation, or dissolution by any external statutory, civil, or commercial authority, including but not limited to the United States Attorney General, Secretary of State, or other domestic or foreign officials or judicial bodies.
  • Jurisdictional Sovereignty Affirmed: Any attempt by external statutory or civil authorities to invalidate, pierce, or dissolve this Trust shall be considered null, void, and without effect, explicitly repudiated nunc pro tunc from inception.
  • Defense Against External Challenges: The Trustee shall maintain explicit records demonstrating absolute ecclesiastical separation, sovereignty, and operational integrity of the Trust. All attempts by external authorities to impose jurisdiction, invalidate Trust standing, or enforce statutory compliance shall be actively contested under ecclesiastical arbitration and, if necessary, international diplomatic channels.
  • International Recognition: The Trust shall actively pursue formal recognition from sovereign states and international bodies to reinforce its status and provide tangible diplomatic protections against jurisdictional infringement by external governments.
  • Diplomatic Representation: The Trustee shall hold exclusive diplomatic authority on behalf of the United Christian Nation, including treaty-making and recognition engagements, operating within the ecclesiastical and diplomatic character expressly stated herein.
  • Protective Diplomatic Status: This Trust claims inviolable diplomatic immunity and international legal protections consistent with principles enshrined in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), explicitly as an ecclesiastical and diplomatic mission entity.
Sacred Trustee Oath:
Each Trustee must solemnly affirm a sacred Oath before Almighty Yahuah to faithfully fulfill duties, maintain ecclesiastical jurisdictional immunity, diligently safeguard Trust assets from statutory encroachment, and honorably represent the sovereign ecclesiastical and diplomatic character of the Trust as established herein.
  • Exclusive Governing Law: This Trust is exclusively governed by Natural Law, Common Law, and the divinely inspired Biblical Covenant, rejecting all statutory or civil legal authority.
  • Exclusive Ecclesiastical Venue: Any disputes concerning the Trust shall be resolved exclusively under ecclesiastical arbitration conducted by recognized and qualified ecclesiastical authorities appointed by the Trustee, expressly barring recourse to external statutory courts or civil judicial authorities.
  • Grantor Declaration: I, Stephen Joseph Stancil, as the divinely appointed initial Trustee and Prime Minister of the United Christian Nation, hereby irrevocably establish and confirm the creation of the United Christian Nation Private Express Sovereign Trust. By executing this instrument, I expressly declare my intention to create an ecclesiastical trust as described herein, for the purposes, protections, and sovereignty detailed above. I solemnly declare and affirm that I have explicitly been called, appointed, and anointed by Yahusha Himself to this sacred task. In direct fulfillment of His explicit mandate found in John 17:20-23, it is my divine commission to establish and lead the United Christian Nation as a unified body, demonstrating to the world that Yahuah sent Yahusha and affirming His imminent return as He promised.
  • Acceptance of Trustee Role: I accept my fiduciary responsibilities as the initial Trustee and solemnly affirm that I will faithfully execute my duties, uphold the Trust’s ecclesiastical sovereignty, and ensure strict compliance with the terms set forth in this Trust.

Executed and affirmed this 15th day of April, in the year of our Lord 2025, under the authority of Almighty Yahuah.
